Welcome to Crosshatch! Crosshatch, a service powered by Olympus Technologies Inc., provides a platform ("Platform") that enables you, the end user, to connect various data sources to applications that leverage this data to create Personalized Recommendations for your benefit. See Crosshatch Privacy Policy for detailed definitions.
This End User Services Agreement (US) ("Agreement") forms an agreement between you and Olympus Technologies Inc., doing business as Crosshatch ("Crosshatch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accepting this Agreement, accessing your Crosshatch profile, or using services at wallet.crosshatch.io, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and certify that you have the necessary rights to do so. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to this Agreement; (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (iii) you agree to this Agreement on behalf of the party that you represent. If you do not have the legal authority to bind your employer or the applicable entity, please do not accept this Agreement or access the features covered by this Agreement.
You can use wallet.crosshatch.com to manage connections between your authorized data sources ("Authorized Sources") and applications ("Trusted Apps") that use this data. While we provide the technical capability to connect your data with these apps, the decision to use any Trusted App is yours, and the use of your data by these Trusted Apps is governed by separate agreements between you and the respective app providers.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create and maintain a profile on Crosshatch. It is crucial that the information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized access to or use of your Crosshatch profile.
You warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide and use your data in connection with the Platform and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

All rights, titles, and interests in the Platform and its underlying technology remain with Crosshatch, except for any rights explicitly granted to you. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used by us without restriction.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROSSHATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform will be handled first through an informal negotiation process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will then be resolved by binding arbitration.
We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will give you advance notice.
This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without our consent but may be assigned by us without restriction.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Crosshatch regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the same.
